Autorización a la Junta Directiva de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A. FINDETER. La Junta Directiva de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial SA FINDETER, señalará la tasa de redescuento mínima en las líneas de redescuento con tasa compensada en los casos que esta adquiera un valor negativo.
