Fijación Del Sitio Para Continuar El Proceso

El Tribunal Superior Militar disponer el cambio de radicación señalará el Juez Penal Militar del lugar donde deba continuar el proceso. Cuando el cambio obedezca a razones de orden público, se obtendrá del Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares o del Director de la Policía Nacional, según el caso y si fuera necesario, informe sobre el sitio donde sea conveniente la radicación.
