El centinela que, hallándose en lugar declarado en estado de sitio por causa de guerra civil o interior, pero no frente al ene- migo, cometiere alguno de los delitos enumerados en los artículos 190 y ]91 precedentes, será castigado con la quinta parte de las penas establecidas en dichos artículos.
