Art. 9º Destínase la suma de $ 6,000 para el sostenimiento de este Instituto, la cual es imputable al artículo 349, § 4.° del Presupuesto nacional de Gastos. § El Gobierno del Departamento puede auxiliar el Instituto con la suma que falte para completar los gastos.
