El inciso 3 del artículo 1 de la Ley 120 de 1919 quedara así:

El asfalto extraído de los terrenos enumerados en el artículo 3 de la Ley 120 de 1919 , pagara como impuesto único, por la exportación, el de 6, 4 y 2 por 100, según la zona de donde provenga, de acuerdo con el artículo 2.

Si el asfalto fuere extraído de los terrenos de que trata el artículo 4 de dicha Ley 120, la cuota que pagara será solo del 5, del 3 y del 1 por 100, según la zona.
