Articulo 1 º Cuando el homicidio se realice por personas que pertenezcan a grupo armado no autorizado legalmente, incurrirán en pena de prisión perpetua. Si el homicidio sólo alcanza el grado de tentativa la pena será de treinta (30) a cuarenta (40) años de prisión.
