Se entiende que el café se destina a la exportación ilegal, cuando su transporte se haga con destino desconocido, o cuando se almacene, tenga o traslade a nombre de personas cuya existencia físico o identidad real no pueda demostrarse. En tales casos, los hechos se llevaran inmediatamente al conocimiento del juez de aduanas competente.
