Dentro de los quince días siguientes a la fecha del otorgamiento de la escritura de constitución, los gerentes o administradores entregarán en la Secretaría de la Cámara de Comercio de la jurisdicción del domicilio social, un extracto de dicha escritura, certificado por el Notario que la hubiere autorizado. El extracto contendrá, además de la fecha de la escritura y del domicilio del Notario, las indicaciones expresadas en los numerales 1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, 5°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 15 y 16 del artículo anterior .
