De la partida votada en el artículo 290, capítulo 51 de la Ley Apropiaciones vigente, destínase la cantidad de $1,000 para auxiliar los restaurantes escolares de la Escuela anexa a la Normal de Medellín, a razón de $100 mensuales, a partir del 1° de marzo del presente año.
