Artículo XX. Otros acuerdos o prácticas. Ninguna de las normas de la presente Convención será interpretada en el sentido de impedir que los Estados Partes se presten recíprocamente cooperación al amparo de lo previsto en otros acuerdos internacionales, bilaterales o multilaterales, vigentes o que se celebren en el futuro entre ellos, o de cualquier otro acuerdo o práctica aplicable.
