Retiro Absoluto. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares serán retirados en forma absoluta del servicio. Cuando les sobreviniere incapacidad absoluta y permanente o gran invalidez, de acuerdo con el concepto que emita la Sanidad militar con base en el Reglamento correspondiente o cuando cumplieren sesenta y cinco (65) años los Oficiales y cincuenta y cinco (55) años los Suboficiales, edades en que cesa toda obligación militar.
