Artículo primero . A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, créase el cargo de Ingeniero Interventor de la Interventoría de las obras contratadas con el Departamento del Cauca, para la construcción del sector Gabriel López-Inzá, de la vía Popayán-Inzá, con una asignación mensual de mil doscientos pesos ($ 1.200.00), suma que se cubrirá con cargo al Capítulo 134, artículo 2819 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente.
