Art. 3.° Para el efecto de que los Administradores departamentales de Hacienda nacional de Santander y Boyacá puedan examinar las cuentas de los Almacenistas de que trata este Decreto, la oficina que conforme á las órdenes del Gobierno provea de sal tales almacenes, dará aviso á los Administradores departamentales referidos de las remesas de sal que haga a aquellos mensualmente.
