La providencia que concede la rehabilitación de derechos y funciones públicas, se comunicará a las mismas entidades a quien se comunicó la sentencia y a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, para que haga las anotaciones del caso. En los demás eventos se procederá conforme a la naturaleza del derecho restringido.
