Las partidas aquí ordenadas serán incluídas en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal, pero de no hacerse así, se autoriza al Gobierno para abrir los créditos adicionales y efectuar los traslados que fueren necesarios para dar cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
