Art. 122. El documento, i en su caso los vales, alhajas o prendas de que habla el articulo anterior, se custodiarán en la caja de caudales de la oficina que haga la venta; i sus empleados serán responsables si no verifican el cobro de la deuda, o el premio de la demora al vencimiento del plazo.
