El Icetex implementará el otorgamiento de préstamos a estudiantes de carreras o especializaciones relacionadas con el tema de uso racional y eficiente de la energía y/o fuentes no convencionales de energía. Así mismo, organizará un sistema de información que contenga la oferta de programas de posgrados nacionales e internacionales en relación con el uso eficiente y racional de la energía y/o fuentes no convencionales de energía.
