º Contra la resolución de que trata el artículo anterior, procederá el recurso de reposición que deberá ser interpuesto en el acto de la notificación. Sobre este recurso se decidirá dentro de las 24 horas siguientes, notificándose en estrados al recurrente la providencia que lo desate.
