Cuando los archivos de una empresa ferroviaria hubieren desaparecido, o cuando no fuere posible probar en ellos el tiempo de servicio, será admisible para demosar el derecho a la pensión mensual vitalicia de jubilación cualquiera otra prueba reconocida por la Ley, la que deberá producirse ante los Jueces de Trabajo, con intervención de la respectiva empresa ferroviaria.

Parágrafo

En los términos anteriores queda sustituido el articulo 2° de la Ley 49 de 1943 .
