El pago o reajuste de las asignaciones señaladas en los artículos 1° y 2° de esta Ley, se harán con imputación a las apropiaciones determinadas en los artículos 2°, 3° y 7° del Presupuesto Nacional vigente, en cuanto se relaciona con presente año.
