El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las reglas de la convocatoria pública para integrar las ternas de candidatos a magistrados de la Comisión Nacional de Disciplina Judicial, que el Presidente de la República debe enviar al Congreso de la República, en el marco de lo establecido en la Sentencia SU-355 del 27 de agosto del 2020 de la honorable Corte Constitucional.
