º . De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 55 de la Ley 68 de 1924, están sometidas a la supervigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria las instituciones de seguro de cualquier clase. Dicha supervigilancia se ejercerá en la forma que se establece en el presente Decreto reglamentario.
