° El Ministerio de Educación Nacional podrá celebrar contratos, con personas naturales o jurídicas para vender el boletín del Instituto Caro y Cuervo, y las demás publicaciones que éste haga, y para conseguir suscripciones, contratos en que se fijará el precio a que el contratista pueda vender cada, ejemplar y el precio tic las suscripciones; la comisión de venta, las garantías que deba dar, y demás condiciones que el Ministerio estime convenientes.
