Art. 3.° El Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para inscribir en la lista de los religiosos profesos, y ordenar el pego de las pensiones atrasadas que les correspondan, en Pagarés del Tesoro de 2.ª emision, á los interesados que no reclamaron en tiempo su derecho y que lo comprueben como se dispone en el parágrafo del artículo 1.° de esta ley.
