- Corresponde Al Consejo Superior De La Judicatura Velar Porque Se Administre Pronta Y Cumplida Justicia En Todo El Territorio Nacional, Para Lo Cual Examinará Y Sancionará La Conducta De Los Funcionarios Y Empleados De La Rama Jurisdiccional Así Como La Ética Profesional De Los Abogados En Ejercicio

ARTICULO 8º. - Corresponde al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura velar porque se administre pronta y cumplida justicia en todo el territorio nacional, para lo cual examinará y sancionará la conducta de los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional así como la ética profesional de los Abogados en ejercicio.

Parágrafo

- En el examen de la conducta de los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional, el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura actuará y decidirá de plano conforme al principio de verdad y buena fe guardada. CAPITULO TERCERO DE LA SECCION DE CARRERA JUDICIAL
