ARTICULO 4.4.0.3.- EXPEDICION DE NORMAS EN EJERCICIO DE LAS FACULTADES DE INTERVENCION EN EL MERCADO PUBLICO DE VALORES ATRIBUIDAS AL GOBIERNO NACIONAL POR CONDUCTO DE LA SALA GENERAL DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA DE VALORES. Se incorporan en el presente Estatuto las disposiciones legales vigentes que, a partir de la expedición de la Ley 35 de 1993, corresponden a materias de regulación de la intervención en el Mercado Público de Valores atribuidas al Gobierno Nacional, por conducto de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores, de que trata el artículo 1.1.0.4 del presente Estatuto. Dichas normas mantendrán su vigencia hasta el momento en que se haga uso de las mencionadas facultades y su hipótesis normativa resulte recogida en las nuevas disposiciones.
