Art. 368. Una vez cumplidos los requicitos dispuestos en el artíoculo precedente, se estenderá en el libro de rejistro una diligenda en que consten todos los pormenores de la solicitad de tal rejistro i de la patente corresponiente, los del arqueo, i las pruebas relativas a la buena pertenencia, estructura, clase, nombre, porte, lugar de la construccion i estado del buque.
