Art. 64. Cada Tribunal residirá ordinariamente en la cabecera del respectivo Distrito Judicial. Por motivos graves, y de acuerdo con el Gobierno, podrá funcionar transitoriamente en otro lugar. En casos urgentes podrá verificarse la trasladación de acuerdo con el Gobernador de Departamento respectivo, quien deberá dar cuenta de lo ocurrido al Gobierno para que resuelva lo conveniente.
