Separación temporal . El tiempo que el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía permanezca separado en forma temporal no podrá considerarse como de servicio activo para ninguno de los efectos de este decreto. Durante dicho tiempo, los Oficiales y Suboficiales separados no tendrán derecho a sueldo, primas ni prestaciones sociales, pagaderos por el ramo de Defensa.
