Número de curadores urbanos . Los municipios y distritos podrán establecer, previo concepto favorable del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, el número de curadores urbanos en su jurisdicción, teniendo en cuenta la actividad edificadora, el volumen de las solicitudes de licencias urbanísticas, las necesidades del servicio y la sostenibilidad de las curadurías urbanas. En todo caso, cuando el municipio o distrito opte por la figura del curador urbano, garantizará que este servicio sea prestado, al menos, por dos de ellos. (Decreto 1469 de 2010, artículo 78)
