°. Efectos del Registro. Una vez incorporado en el Registro, el Operador Postal podrá hacer efectiva la habilitación y dar inicio a sus operaciones, salvo que se trate de un operador establecido a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1369 de 2009, en cuyo caso el Registro tendrá efectos únicamente de carácter informativo. En todo caso, los nuevos operadores estarán obligados a iniciar operaciones dentro del año siguiente a su inscripción en el Registro en todos los servicios para los cuales está habilitado y registrado.
