Si á un empleado que esté desempeñando el destino de Correos ó Telégrafos le sobreviene en cualquier tiempo alguna enfermedad que lo imposibilite é inutilice para trabajar en lo sucesivo, tendrá derecho á una pensión de $ 10 á $ 20 oro mensuales mientras dure la enfermedad.
