Adiciónase el artículo 2º del Decreto 1268 de 2000 con el siguiente inciso: De igual modo, durante el período de sesiones extraordinarias citado, el honorable Congreso de la República se ocupará de considerar en sesión plenaria del Senado el Proyecto de ley número 258-02 Senado, por medio de la cual se adiciona la Ley 310 de 1996 y se dictan otras disposiciones.
