º El personal a que se refiere el artículo primero del Decreto-ley 85 de 1989, estará sujeto al Régimen Disciplinario consagrado en ese estatuto, sin perjuicio de que el Procurador Delegado para las Fuerzas Militares ejerza la acción disciplinaria contemplada en la Ley 25 de 1974, respecto a tal personal.
