Mientras el Gobierno Nacional expide el régimen de inversiones para las cajas, fondos o entidades de previsión social del sector público del nivel nacional, estas deberán invertir los aportes recibidos en títulos de participación del Banco de la República adquiridos directamente en el mercado primario.
