Artículo sexto. Los trabajadores a quienes, sin estar comprendidos por los ordinales a) y b) del artículo 3°, se les niegue o se les aplace el disfrute de sus vacaciones durante más de un año a partir del día en que hubieren completado el año de servicio exigido por la ley, deberán presentar el denuncio correspondiente al Departamento Nacional del Trabajo. Los infractores de esta disposición incurrirán en la multa del artículo anterior.
