° Para la transformación en la sociedad Mineralco S. A. se otorgará la correspondiente escritura pública y se agotarán los demás requisitos para constitución y funcionamiento de sociedades anónimas previstos en la legislación comercial. Con la escritura de transformación se insertará un balance general de la Empresa Colombiana de Minas debidamente refrendado por la Auditoría de la Controlaría General de la República.
