Decisión. Si de la documentación acompañada se infiere que el solicitante tiene derecho a la rehabilitación, el Juez proferirá la providencia respectiva dentro de los cinco días siguientes. En caso contrario, se devolverá para que la corrija o complete. El auto que concede o niega la rehabilitación será apelable en el efecto suspensivo.
