En cada una de las Secciones del Ministerio se abrirá un libro de recibos de la correspondencia que se despache en las Sección respectiva. El Jefe de cada Sección dispondrá que al Portero ó los Conserjes se les entreguen los pliegos con el recibo ya escrito en dicho libro.
