Quien exporte con el lleno de los requisitos legales bienes nacionales en cuya producción se hubieren utilizando materias primas o insumos importados, tendrá derecho a que se le otorgue registro para importar, con los beneficios estipulados en el artículo 179 del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967, una cantidad igual de aquellas materias primas e insumos. Se exceptúan del tratamiento anterior las operaciones de que tratan los artículos 172 y 173, literal b), del Decreto-ley 444 de 1967.
