° Todo grupo excursionista debe tener un jefe que llevará la responsabilidad de la excursión. Si éste o alguno de sus subalternos cometieren faltas que impliquen mal ejemplo para los alumnos o descuido que les cause perjuicio de orden moral o físico, o les haga sufrir algún peligro, será castigado hasta con la pérdida del empleo. Para cada grupo de veinte alumnos habrá un vigilante.
