Artículo único. Desde el día 1° de Marzo próximo cesarán los efectos del Decreto legislativo número 669, expedido con fecha 25 de Marzo de 1900, y publicado en el número 11255 del Diario Oficial . En consecuencia, aquel Decreto, "por el cual se fija la manera como deben pagarse los derechos de puerto," quedará derogado desde la fecha arriba enunciada, y tales derechos se pagarán en moneda legal. Comuníquese y publíquese.
