Las Facultades Universitarias No Podrán Matricular En Ningún Caso Sino A Estudiantes Que Tengan Diploma De Bachiller Refrendado Por El Ministerio De Educación; Y A Falta De Aquél, De Una Certificación Expedida Por El Mismo Ministerio En La Que Haga Constar Que El Aspirante A Matrícula Aprobó Los Estudios Completos De Bachillerato Y Que Su Diploma Se Encuentra Autorizado

Las Facultades universitarias no podrán matricular en ningún caso sino a estudiantes que tengan diploma de bachiller refrendado por el Ministerio de Educación; y a falta de aquél, de una certificación expedida por el mismo Ministerio en la que haga constar que el aspirante a matrícula aprobó los estudios completos de bachillerato y que su diploma se encuentra autorizado.

Parágrafo

Para poder ingresar a la Universidad, todo estudiante debe tener resuelta su situación militar al tenor del Decreto número 2306 de 1953.
