El derecho a la inscripción en el Escalafón de la Carrera se adquiere cuando el funcionario ha ingresado al servicio mediante el proceso de selección, ha superado el período de prueba y ha sido calificado satisfactoriamente, de conformidad con el presente Reglamento.
