° Son funciones de los empleados enumerados en este Decreto las que les fija el Decreto número 194 de 1929 y las que lo adicionan y reforman. El Rector y el Secretario Contador tendrán, además de ellas, la de dirigir y administrar, respectivamente, la Revista de Medicina Veterinaria.
