Articulo 2° Las compañías de seguros .deberán invertir el 13% de sus reservas técnicas únicamente en las cédulas o bonos industriales de garantía general, de que habla el ordinal b) del artículo anterior, y 2% de las cismas reservas en bonos del "Banco Educativo Colombiano".
