El Director General del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, podrá dictar resoluciones, que prestarán mérito ejecutivo ante la jurisdicción laboral, para el recaudo de los aportes consignados por los empleados en las Cajas de Compensación Familiar y no remitidos por éstas dentro del plazo legal al SENA.

Para ser oído en los procesos a que se dieren lugar las resoluciones de que trata este artículo, deberá consignarse, a órdenes del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, el valor de las sumas exigidas en dichas resoluciones.
