El sueldo que adeude la Nación á los Jefes y Oficiales que mueran en servicio, le será entregado á sus herederos, conforme á las leyes, lo mismo que los alcances de los individuos de tropa ; pero si no tuvieren herederos ó pertenecieren á desertores, pasarán estos valores al Montepío Militar.
