Ley 109 de 1985 · Por la cual se establece el estatuto de las zonas francas

Tanto los gerentes de las zonas francas como los miembros de sus Juntas Directivas, excepto los representantes de los usuarios, estarán sujetos a las incompatibilidades e inhabilidades que establecen las normas generales vigentes.

Tanto los miembros de las Juntas Directivas como los gerentes de las zonas francas, estarán sujetos al régimen general de impedimentos y recusaciones establecido en el Código de Procedimiento Civil y en el Código Contencioso Administrativo en lo pertinente.
