La muerte de un socio cuyo nombre o apellido integre la razón social, no impedirá a la sociedad seguir utilizándolo cuando continúe con los herederos o cuando éstos, siendo capaces, consientan expresamente. En tales casos se agregará la palabra "sucesores".
